Single lessons
Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled lesson are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the lesson fee.
Lesson packages
Unused lessons in a package may be refunded at the per-lesson rate (not the discounted package rate) within 30 days of purchase.
Test failure
If a student fails a driving test, refund of test prep lessons is at the instructor’s discretion based on lesson attendance and effort.
How to request a refund
Email [your email] with your name, date of purchase, and reason. Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
